Hey guys! It's been a while, huh? Sorry about that! I've been pretty busy over on the business side of things trying to create some new pieces for the "shop" and keeping up with things at my day job in the midst of all the COVID 19 drama that is still circulating. I am back though, with another review! Influenster sent another voxbox to me and this one was for their Kraft Vinaigrette campaign. I was sent two flavors to try out, Roasted Garlic and Sweet Raspberry. They weren't mind blowing in my opinion, but they were good! I used the Roasted Garlic vinaigrette in a pasta salad to add a little something extra. I love cold pasta salads during the hotter months, so this flavor allowed me to put a nice little spin to the one my mom normally makes. I have some left and have an idea for a nice mixed greens salad topped with some salmon that I just know will be delicious! For my other dish, I made a mixed greens salad with strawberries, blueberries, homemade candied walnuts, blue cheese crumbles, and topped with the Sweet Raspberry vinaigrette. WOW! Now this was super good. I liked how the flavors corresponded with one another and can't wait to make it again. Nothing too in depth here for this review; you either like it or you don't. I see they have other flavors I would like to try and I am interested in other recipes that call for vinaigrettes. Do you have any you'd like to share?
